If moving and connectivity is needed urgently FTTP lead times are typically 2-3 weeks and we can aggregate multiple circuits to provide higher bandwidth however dedicated leased lines are always preferred and in these instances we usually keep the FTTP lines to provide for failover once the leased lines are installed. So if BT were providing the 10GB leased line we might keep Virgin at the 1GB FTTP failover.
